The Area Rehab Director for NE Georgia is responsible for direction and implementation of rehab services at assigned facilities (Lawrenceville, Buford, Athens, Gainesville). Accountable for achieving fiscal, clinical, operational, and quality benchmarks as established utilizing Legacy Healthcare Services (LHS) tools and modeling. Instrumental in helping to identify clinical needs of the census in assigned geographic area and ensures the hires support the LHS staffing model and clinical reach for the anticipated caseload. Develops and maintains professional relationships with customers, clients, and LHS personnel at all levels.
